Worked with GMS to design and install a 13.7kWh ground-mounted solar array at our property in Woodstock, and everything about the experience was exemplary. Our consultant, Ian, was a fount of knowledge, ready to answer any questions but also keenly interested in our needs and desires for the project. When new, more efficient panels became available while we were waiting for the spring thaw, the team at GMS looked out for us and ensured that we got the newer equipment.

I can’t recommend GMS strongly enough, and I have no doubt that we’ll go back to them to add battery backup capabilities to our system once some other prerequisite work on the property is out of the way.

They don't pressure, they follow up gently, they respond promptly, and they show up when they say they're going to.  I shopped around for my solar project and GMS was competitively priced, but it was the follow-through and responses to my many questions which sold me.

My sales advisor Casey was great - she let me know about all the extra fees and potential pitfalls up front, connected me with their loan partner, and was patient, respectful, and supportive as I navigated each decision point and roadblock.

Their installers came to my house for two separate portions of the project, as the ESS installation occurred about a month before the rooftop was clear enough for the rack mounting.  At all times, they were professional, friendly, and happy to answer questions.

I really appreciated that they asked for my preference when choosing where to go through my walls and where to mount the switches and control panels.  They also cleaned up after themselves and were accommodating to a post-installation request to manually adjust a cabinet latch that had been blocked by a subsequently installed conduit.

Most importantly of all, the system they designed and installed is delivering as promised.  We installed at the end of March, and my net usage zeroed out in April (with surplus).  What more can one ask?

Because they seem to be well-organized and well-run, I have confidence that GMS will still be there years from now, to honor their customer commitment if I ever need help troubleshooting or making a warranty claim.
