Green Mountain Solar partnered up with Renewable Energy Vermont and VSECU for a “How You Can Pay for Solar” webinar. After Senior Solar Advisor Marcus Shapiro gave an intro into the topic of how solar works, REV’s Deputy Director, Jonathan Dowds, gave a deep dive into both state and federal solar incentives and electrification rebates in Vermont. “The biggest single piece for most people is the federal Tax incentive,” he says. “Which is a tax credit that covers 30% of the installation cost of the system which is available until 2032!”
